FAQ - UPLIFT Height Adjustable Space Saver Standing Desk
UPLIFT has an extended 26” height range of 24.5” - 50.5” including the 1” thick desktop, which works for almost anyone. For reference, a fixed-height desk is typically 29”. If you are taller than 6’ 6”, you may want to add the locking casters, which will provide an additional 1.5” of height to the desk.

How do I fix the RST or ASR error code? You just need a simple reset. See this video for instructions. If your keypad shows a different error, or if the reset process doesn’t work, please call us.
How stable is the desk?UPLIFT Desks are ANSI/BIFMA certified for best-in-class stability and safety. Because they are built to move, all height-adjustable desks will have some movement at the higher settings, especially if you intentionally shake the top. To ensure stability, check that the leveling glides are adjusted for uneven flooring and that assembly is completed correctly, with screws completely tightened in the correct order.
